All club fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. Fees are charged to the registered individual only and cannot be transferred, credited, or reassigned to another person, team, division, season, or future program.

Fees are used to cover costs including (but not limited to) competition entries, court hire, coaching allocations, and administrative expenses, which are incurred regardless of individual participation. As such, refunds or transfers will not be provided for change of mind, withdrawal, injury, illness, personal circumstances, or non-attendance.

In exceptional circumstances, the club committee may review requests at its discretion; however, approval is not guaranteed.
