Apex Volleyball Club – Refund Policy

1. Club Fees

All club fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. Fees are charged to the registered individual only and cannot be reassigned to another person, team, division, season, or future program.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, withdrawal, injury, illness, personal circumstances, or non-attendance.

2. Match Fees

Match fees are separate from club fees and are non-refundable once paid. Match fees are used to cover competition entry, administration, and officiating costs with Volleyball WA (VWA). Fees vary by division and are payable once a player’s division position is confirmed.

3. Merchandise & Uniforms

Merchandise and uniforms that have been opened, worn, or altered are non-refundable. Members are responsible for the care and maintenance of all club merchandise and uniforms.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, the club committee may review refund requests at its discretion; however, approval is not guaranteed.
