Want To Play for Apex?
Apex does things a little differently. To join and get selected for a team, you’ll need to take part in pre-season training, which also doubles as Apex’s trials.
We believe that two days isn’t enough to see your full skill set, so trials run throughout the entire pre-season to give everyone a fair chance to shine. This approach applies primarily to WAVL selection, ensuring players have enough time and exposure under different conditions to show what they’re capable of.
Please note: current Apex members are prioritised in the selection process and are accounted for first.
Current Members & WAVJL Info
Apex also supports WAVJL, and while there will be pre-season training for WAVJL, it isn’t structured as trials like WAVL. The WAVJL team selection process happens closer to the start of the season, giving current players and new talent the right timing and opportunity to join the league.
Current Apex members? Different conditions apply, but don’t worry — pre-season training is designed to challenge everyone, improve skills, and get you ready for a great season.
