What You Are Paying For
- Spot to play for Apex in the 2026 season
- Access to preseason training (invite-only)
- Participation in all scheduled training sessions once the season starts
- Uniforms will be available for purchase closer to the season
Preseason Training (Invite Only)
- Included only for athletes who have received an offer
- Helps athletes get used to training with their team, develop skills, and prepare for the upcoming season

Club and Match Fees Difference
Club fees and match fees serve different purposes and may vary by division. Club fees contribute to training, coaching, court hire, and overall club operations, which can differ depending on the structure and requirements of each division.
Match fees are separate from club fees and relate specifically to competition participation. Once your position in a division is confirmed (typically during preseason), match fees will become payable to finalise team and competition entry with Volleyball WA (VWA). Match fees generally range between $500–$650, depending on the division, as entry costs vary between competitions.
Who Gets Offers
- Early offers: sent to current Apex players first
- Second round offers: sent after early offers close, based on team needs and available spots
Training Expectations
- Once teams are confirmed, schedules will be communicated
- Athletes expected to attend all sessions they commit to and come prepared
- Preseason helps athletes get ready for the season, but regular season attendance is also expected
Offer Flexibility (Division Placement)
- Athletes are offered a specific division they will most likely be in
- There will be those who will receive an offer that has a + sign next to it. This means they have a higher chance of moving up due to Apex's Division requirements
Offers – Unable to Attend Preseason 2026
- Players who receive an offer but are unable to attend preseason may still accept their offer by purchasing the club fee.
- Players who do not attend preseason will not be assessed within their allocated division during preseason. As a result, there is a higher risk of being placed into a lower division once teams are finalised.
- This option is only available to players who participated in the 2025 end-of-year preseason, as they have already been assessed by the club.
- Final division placement will be determined by the club based on available information and team needs.
Other Important Notes
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once a spot is confirmed (except in exceptional circumstances)
- Athletes must comply with club rules, codes of conduct, and safety guidelines
- All updates regarding team selections, training, and other info will be communicated via email, website, and social media
- Remember: Both Club Fees and Preseason Training must be purchased to confirm your offer.
