2026 Post-Season Training Offer 

You have been offered a place in Apex Volleyball Club’s 2026 Post-Season Training program.

Please read the program details and payment terms below before accepting. Your offer email identifies the training squad you have been allocated.

Full payment is due by 10:00 pm on Thursday, 15 October 2026, Perth time.

Program fee: $160 per player

 About the Program 

Apex’s post-season program provides eight weeks of training focused on developing skills ahead of the 2027 WAVL season.

The program also serves as an opportunity for Apex to assess players for specific, available positions within the club’s 2027 senior squads. Selection will be based on the needs of the club.

Your offer is for a place in the 2026 Post-Season Training program. Taking part does not guarantee selection in an Apex squad for the 2027 season.

 Program Dates and Times

The program runs from 20 October to 10 December 2026, over eight weeks.

Your first session and final session will depend on your allocated training day. Attend the sessions assigned to your squad, as outlined in your offer and the schedule below.

Please make sure you can attend your allocated training day and time before accepting your offer.

If your offer email and the schedule below show different details, contact Apex before paying.

About Accepting Your Offer

Accepting Your Offer

To accept your place:

  1. Check your allocated squad in your offer email.
  2. Read the training schedule and terms on this page.
  3. Complete the full $160 payment using the payment button.
  4. Make sure payment is completed before the deadline.

Payment deadline: Thursday, 15 October 2026 at 10:00 pm Perth time.

Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. An expression of interest or an offer alone does not secure your place.

If payment is not received by the deadline, your place may be offered to another player.

Trainings are held at Harrisdale Senior Highschool

Payment Terms

The fee is $160 per player for the full eight-week program, across all training squads.

  • Full payment is required in one payment.
  • Half payments and part payments are not available.
  • Discounts are not available.
  • Per-session payments are not available.
  • Missed sessions do not reduce the program fee.

Please check your availability for the program before paying.

Refunds and Withdrawal

Refunds are available only if Apex changes your scheduled training day and you can no longer attend because of that change.

Otherwise, payment is non-refundable.

Refunds, partial refunds and fee reductions are not available for:

  • Changing your mind after accepting.
  • Withdrawing before or during the program.
  • Missing one or more sessions.
  • Being unable to attend your originally scheduled training day.
  • Personal scheduling changes.

There are no discretionary exceptions to these refund terms.

If Apex changes your training day and the new day prevents you from attending, contact the club to discuss your refund.

Before You Pay

Please make sure you understand that:

  • You are accepting the post-season training place identified in your offer email.
  • You have checked your allocated training day, time and venue.
  • The full program fee is $160.
  • Payment must be completed by the stated deadline.
  • Half payments, discounts and per-session payments are not available.
  • The refund terms apply once you pay.
  • Participation does not guarantee a squad place for the 2027 WAVL season.

Men’s Squad 2 Training Groups

Due to the number of offers sent for Men’s Squad 2, training has been split into two groups:

  • Squad 2A: Tuesday, 6–8 pm
  • Squad 2B: Thursday, 8–10 pm

There is no difference in ability level between Squad 2A and Squad 2B. The split is to accommodate player numbers. Please attend the group allocated in your offer email.

By completing payment, you accept your place in the program and agree to the payment and refund terms on this page.

Payment closes at 10:00 pm on Thursday, 15 October 2026, Perth time.
